Delegate information

ALLA 2012 kicks off tomorrow at 4:00pm with our publishers panel.

The registration & information desk will be open at the following times:

  • Wednesday, 12 September 2012 3:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Thursday, 13 September 2012 8:00am – 4:15pm
  • Friday, 14 September 2012 8:00am – 3:30pm

All delegates are requested to check in at the registration desk on arrival at the venue.

For up to the minute information on the conference remember to follow us on Twitter @allaconf, and please use our hastag #alla2012  if you’re tweeting about the conference. There will be prizes on offer for those delegates who contribute via Twitter whilst the conference is on. 

First time conference attendees are invited to join conference committee member, Bianca Rusbatch, for coffee from 8:15am on Thursday morning – a great way to meet some fellow delegates.

Out conference dinner will be held at the conference venue, BCC, on the mezzanine level in room M3. Drinks will be served outside this room from 6:30pm on Thursday. Full details of room locations and program details will be provided to all delegates upon check-in at the registration & information desk.
